Mission Statement

Founded in 1987 by President, Bryan E. Burns, United Security of America, Inc.,  is the amazing result of hard work and boredom while his wife Pati worked the night-shift as a registered nurse.  A savvy entrepreneur and a new dad, Bryan realized that he had a newfound urgency to provide a safe home and Charlotte had a real need for an alarm company that could provide affordable alarms to new families like his. Flash forward to today and as his customers can tell you, Bryan can always find the time to help you with your alarm. Bryan loves what he does and it shows in the care and the quality of each install. It has even been said that many Contractors and Electricians around Charlotte refer to Bryan as; "the Godfather of the Alarm," as Bryan is rumored to be able to simply whisper to an alarm to get it to stop troubleshooting. 

Over the past 32 years Bryan has built his company off of great work and honest prices. At United Security of America, Inc., we won't try to wow you with marketing during football games. Instead, we will keep our monitoring rates lower than our competitors.  Additionally, we don't give away "free alarms" or cameras. This is because we only install quality alarms and cameras. Companies that are willing to give away "free things" often try to lock you into long contracts to counter the costs of the products they are giving you, OR the products they are giving away aren't worth having in the first place.  

Don't worry! We do offer payment plans and we will always work with you to give you high quality work with a well respected security company that is well known across the Carolina's. Also, keep in mind we have competitively lower monitoring rates than our competitors. So while our upfront installation costs may be higher, we can save you hundreds, if not thousands in the long run.
